A $500.00 non re-fundable deposit is
required to reserve your date. This deposit will be applied to your
total order.

| The balance for your selected coverage is due two weeks prior to your special occasion. All prices are subject to Ohio sales tax. | |
| Your online photo gallery will be posted to the internet approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the event. You will receive an e-mail indicating that your images are available for viewing, along with instructions on how to view and order them. | |
| All orders must be submitted within 6 weeks from the time of viewing your images to ensure current prices. Orders submitted after this time are subject to a price change. | |
| Retouching is available on photographs. There is no charge for skin blemishes, facial shine, or other minor touchups. There will be an additional fee of $25.00 per half hour for more extensive digital art work. | |
| Black & White, or sepia tone are available at no additional charge. | |
| All packages include a pre-event consultation. | |
| A travel fee may be added subject to the location of your event. | |

Photo Images owns the
copyright to all images. Digital images may not be copied or duplicated in
any form, without permission. Photo Images takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, development, and the delivery of the images and photographs. However, in the event that Photo Images fails to comply with the agreed terms, due to any event or act outside of our control, Photo Images liability is limited to the refund of the retainer. |
